“Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6
We believe that children are not just the future of the church—they are the church today.
As a church family, we love and lead children toward true transformation in our risen Savior, Jesus Christ.
We partner with parents to disciple kids in their walk with Jesus.
Our Age Groups
We offer four different Children’s Church classes, based on age and grade level
Nursery (up to 2 years old)
Preschool (3 to 5 years old & potty-trained)
Children must be potty trained to attend higher levels of Children’s Church
Lower Elementary (ages 6 to 8)
Higher Elementary (ages 9 to 11)
Curriculum & What We Are Learning
Cornerstone Church realizes the trust that you place in us to assist in teaching your children.
We are studying God’s word in our Elementary Classrooms, using Crossway’s The Biggest Story Curriculum. We open our bibles, read God’s word, and enrich our experiences through crafts and activities that connect to the reading each Sunday.
In our Preschool, we are learning about Jesus through the Old Testament and New Testament stories suited for our little ones. Each lesson is planned with crafts and activities to enrich the lessons we are learning.
Sunday Morning:
9:45am
To check in the kids, follow the signs in the main lobby to the Children’s hallway on the West side of the church. Children under 3 years may go to the end of the hallway into the nursery area before the service.
Safety & Security
Your child’s safety is our top priority.
Secure Check-In: Every child is checked in via our digital system. Parents receive a matching security label required for pickup.
Background Checks: All volunteers undergo a thorough background check and safety training.
Health Policy: We maintain a “Well-Child” environment to keep our classes healthy and safe.

About Me:
I am a wife and a mother of four children. I also have been teaching full time for 19 years, so I have worked with children for a long time. I have my Masters degree in Education and I love the Word of God. It is my joy to study the Bible, and even better to study the Bible with kids!
God has grown me through serving in our children’s ministry. I have a passion for teaching kids about Jesus and am so grateful that the Lord has given me the opportunity to do so.
“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you.” Psalm 32:8
